MORI WO ORUのTransformative Tourism(変容の旅)は、日本各地の絹織物の産地を訪ね、ものづくりの背景にある風土や生態系、歴史ある人々の営み、精神性やクラフトマンシップ---
壮大な生命の循環に触れながら、あなたの心の深い部分にアプローチし、本質的な変容を促す学びと実践の場です。
観光ツアーのように工房を点で巡るのではなく、地域に全身で浸ることを大切にし、土地の空気や歴史、文化を含めて、絹という素材が育まれる生命の循環の全体像を多面的に体感します。 さらにこのプログラムでは、ただ情報を受け取るのではなく、職人や他の参加者との対話や、実際に手を動かして素材と関わるワークショップを通して、五感をひらきながら、自身の創造や思考を問い直すきっかけを得ることができます。
「伝統を学ぶ」のではなく、「生命の営みを全身で体感する」こと。 地域に根ざした技術や文化を、 “知る”ではなく“感じ、気づく”ことで、自分の 人生の新しい基盤となる足場を見つけていきます。

It is a place of learning and practice that shifts your perspective—on the world, and your own creations, while connecting you to the vast cycle of life woven by climate, ecosystems, ancestral livelihoods, spirituality, and craftsmanship.
This is not just a sighseeing workshop, but a full immersion in the region, its air, history, culture, and the life cycle that nurtures silk.
Furthermore, this program is not just about receiving information, but also about opening your senses through dialogue with artisans and fellow participants, as well as hands-on workshops where you interact directly with materials.
These experiences will provide opportunities to reconsider your own creativity and way of thinking.
