We use "Shin Manyo-zome" from Kawabata Shoten in Kyoto.

Shin Manyo-zome is a technique that utilizes natural color materials that have been used since ancient times. It is similar to otherkusaki-zometechniques in that uses naturally occurring materials such as plants and insects. However, by pulverizing the dye stuff they can reproduce ancient colors with fewer raw materials.
It is characterized by easy dyeing in small quantities and excellent color fastness.
Cloth dyed using theShin Manyo-zomeprocess is gentle on the skin, rich in texture, and colorful.

『新万葉染め』は、その昔から使用されてきた天然色材をそのまま利用する技術です。基本的には"草木染め"と呼ばれる天然染料染めと同じ、草木や虫など自然由来の原料を用いた染色技法なのですが、染料を微粉砕することによって、古代の色調をわずかな原料で染め出すことに成功しました。
少量で簡単に染まり、色落ちがしにくいことが特徴です。
新万葉染めで染め上げた布は、肌にやさしく、豊かな風合いで、色彩豊かな染め上がりとなっています。

TangoChirimenis a general term for fabrics woven after dyeing in the Tango region of Kyoto Prefecture. They use water-twisted yarns, which undergo a scouring process in Tango to produce an uneven surface called ‘shibo’. The brand mark is stamped on products that have undergone strict inspections, and is a guarantee of high quality TangoChirimen.

Silk is a natural protein fiber derived from the cocoons of silkworms. It contains approximately 20 amino acids, such as alanine and glycine, which are similar to components found in human skin, resulting in minimal skin irritation. This lightweight, soft, and supple material possesses unique allure, being resistant to static electricity and repelling dust.

丹後ちりめんとは、京都府・丹後地方で緯糸に強撚糸を使用して織られ、丹後で精練加工を経ることで生地表面にシボと呼ばれる凹凸が生まれる、後染め織物の総称です。
厳しい検査を経た製品にブランドマークを押印し、高品質な「丹後ちりめん」として保証しています。

シルクは、蚕（かいこ）の繭から作られるタンパク質の天然繊維です。お肌の成分に近いとされる、アラニンやグリシンなど約20種類ものアミノ酸が結合した天然繊維は皮膚への刺激がとても少ないのが特徴です。軽くて柔らかい、しなやかで心地よい、静電気が起きにくくホコリを寄せ付けないといった、特有の魅力をたくさん持った素材です。
